Can I return my personalized Art?

We do not accept returns of personalized art because each art work is uniquely created just for you. However we do offer returns on non-personalized art, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling.

If you receive your art work and it is damaged in any way, we will send you a new one right away at no extra charge.

Will the art work look exactly on print as it does online?

Almost all monitors will display the images with slightly different color variations. If you would like an example file of an art piece, just Email us with your request and preferred art work and we will send you an electronic sample. 

How exactly do you personalize the art?

The art is created digitally. We work with you to create the personalized art and you can have as little or as much control over the process as you like. For example you can pick a theme, the name you want on the art piece and some main colours and let the artist be as creative as can be. Or you can be very specific in what you want done down to the last detail. Please note that uniquely created art includes 2 revisions. You can request more revisions at an additional fee.

How is the art created?

Little Yellow Designs utilizes digital art software to create the personalized art. The graphic artist also draws out sketches which then is convert into digital art.

What is the Art printed on?

We now offer Gicleè print on high quality canvas as well as our high quality acid free card stock.

Who own the rights to my art?

Little Yellow Designs reserves all rights to the art work created for you. However if you have provided us with a personal photo then that remains your property and Little Yellow Designs will not be re-selling your image or broadcasting it on the website without your permission. We reserve the right to use all or parts of a uniquely created art piece to create new prints, except pictures provided by you. If you require a original art work that will not be re-created/re-used in anyway then please contact us for a quote.

Copyrighted Material?

We respect other peoples art and creativity and due to this, we do not create art work based on themes that are copyrighted. Examples of this would be any disney and pixar themes.

I want you to incorporate a picture of my child in the art, how do I send you the picture?

As soon as you place your order we’ll contact you to get the photo. Please note that it must be a digital photo in a high resolution in order for us to utilize it in the art. If you are not sure if your photo is of good enough quality then send us an email with the photo for a free evaluation.

When will my Personalized Art be Ready?

Any order from the gallery (including name and color changes) will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Uniquely created art will be ready in 2-3 weeks assuming your art work does not require more then 2 revisions (included in the price)**.

Rush Orders?

Rush orders are available for an extra fee and is based on availability. Please contact us with the deadline and information. Please note that during the Christmas season rush orders may not be available.

Mistakes

Great care have been put into this website to insure all information is accurate and current, however mistakes can happen and if they do we will discuss a solution with the customer in regards to the item in question. Little Yellow Designs reserves all rights.

How can I pay for my items?

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email that includes a payment link to PayPal.

Currently we only accept payments with PayPal, which accepts all credit cards. This ensures that our customers are fully protected when a transaction takes place. Alternatively, contact us for additional payment methods.
